Already announced in Astro website... Disney XD (SD) Channel 617 and Disney XD HD Channel 637 for Family Pack which means ALL Astro subscribers can watch Disney XD, starting from 15 September 2012.

* Ch 637 HD only for Superpack and HD Service subscribers.

I wonder if anyone has this problem..This only happening recently..I have 2 separate astro byond decoders...i realised recently when i m changing channels, there is huge lag...

Meaning, when I press the button on the control, it takes like 1 or seconds to appear on the tv...sometimes even when i pressed many times, it will not appear or change channels..sometimes just gotta like let it cool down...wait for a couple of minutes then able to change channel again..

This is happening to both decoders, I have done the following :

1) bought a new remote
2) new batteries
3) restarted the decoders..
BUt to no avail..is this Astro's problem or decoder? hope u guys can assist.

hello.... need to ask bout beyond...

This morning i got call from astro saying that my old decorder is not under waranty anymore. So this caller suggest to me to upgrade to beyond without any installation fees and so on. Just need to add additional RM20 for the monthly payment.

My question is if i decided to upgrade to beyond, can i watch all the programs from normal tv? or do i need to buy new HD tv just to watch from beyond?

Please clarify. Thanks in advance.

my pvr 'rosak' after 4 month, called cs and make some troubleshoot and 'kompom' my hardisk got problem..

she said, a technician will come to my house in next 48 hours and problem will be fixed in next 5 days working days if my box got problem....

problem: PVR FUNCTION NOT AVAILABLE after on/off my beyond because of 'Hang'..

so, i think the problem cause by too many recorded programs (2HOURS remaining in last record) and shut it down while recording...

(inb4 b.yond 8.0 firmware updates soon)

After i turn off my PVR and turn it on back,nw it says PVR function not available.
And all my recorded program gone,and couldnt record any program too.
Is that mean hardisk gone ready.
Gonna call Astro CS on Monday.
How much is the external Western Digital hardisk which is compatible with Astro PVR decoder.

11pm 6nov: call cs for complaint about my pvr
9am 7nov:  receive SMS about my complain
6pm 8nov: astro technician call for appoiment
7pm 8nov: problem solved!

Only chinese watch japanese or korean shows.

Malays watch indonesians and arab shows.

Indians watch indian, pakistan, sri lanka or bangladesh shows.
