Believe 'Lingerie Football Canada on KIX HD was also not scheduled on KIX HD regional feed due to censorship reasons. It is however made available on KIX HD on demand.

It was shown on KIX SD <available only on starhub> but not on KIX HD <available only on mio TV, channel not available on Starhub>.

Fyi, not exactly a new channel. But on Thu, 24 Jan, mioTV upgraded the SD 16:9 channel, Sentanta Rugby to the HD one, Sentanta Sports D. Cheers.
