necro, my fav class in gw is really boring this time around imo. generally gw2 necro focus on dot, and condition dmg. using staff, you'll be targeting ground most of the times. sure in wvwvw it's useful, but gets kinda meh after playing it for a while.. (and somehow suffers badly in pve, owned in some story quest while my other class breeze it).

no, pvp in gw doesnt work that way. and even if you go as a group(party) your party member might be send to the other side. as for wvwvw, most wont really check the general chat as it's better off to just read the team chat.

from what i've seen as long as you dmg the mob once, you'll have a chance to get a loot.

lol that quest... i usually just feed cows as it adds the most to the bar. and lazy moves around much XD.

you can solo most stuff easily, and in normal pve you basically are partying with everyone you see. there's no such thing as ks, ganking, ninja looting. as for dungeon tho, you'll need a party definitely.

get a local mumble or a sg based ts3 server. both gets a local ping, 15-3x only which helps alot. anyway, tried both (rented both server) and i prefer (and still renting) ts3 more. cant really recommend a good host tho.
