The client itself its not lock to a single user, so any user with a GW2 account will be able to login, but if those 2 people wants to play at the same time then yes you need to buy 2 copies.

I might have my own guild if I manage to get the character name I want.

I am a pretty casual player though, won't really spend a lot of time in PVP, mostly in PVE only so I doubt I'll be a good choice for guild leader.

I think maybe some name suggestion for LYN as well for guild name.

Btw don't forget that making a guild needs 1 silver, and it's for 50 players.
To increase guild size need to pay money

From what I know guilds can have members on different server, so I guess we are not limited to joining guilds on our home server only, but across servers.

I don't think I am gonna join the stress test this time around, I'll be stressing myself if I do haha. Hhmm yes contributing influence is one of the thing that needs to make clear, I have read in forum that those on of the same guild on other server doesn't contribute to the influences.

Yeah can, GW2 folders and files are portable

Have to buy ingame, there's a Black Lion Trading Company ingame where you can get all those cosmetic items from.

Real cash to buy gems and those gems in turn use to buy those ingame items. It's all done ingame I think, where you buy the amount of gems you want, enter your credit card, etc. I didn't try buying them so not sure of the steps though.

You can purchase those stuff using coins that you get ingame as well.
