You mean, when we purchase gems, it automatically charge our cards that we used to buy the game? Or is there an option to choose method of purchasing. If they automatically charge the cards, how about when we help purchase the game for others?

Frequent reason for failed online purchase using credit card is mismatch in billing address. Make sure you fill that part correctly...
