I can be the Founder, since GW2 you can customize/designate titles/position in the game which I find handy, yeah probably give you guys maybe titles like PvE Lead / PvP Lead / Craft Master etc, I imagine letting the guild flow naturally as it is targeted for general Msian or SEA based players, generally providing guild perks without requiring commitments, also require less guild management from the officers(which is what gaming should be), tho in special cases like jerks etc will need some attention/spanking maybe.
Primary role for the officers should be to assist the initial invitation process + answer SOME queries as well as keep the guild benefits on queue at all times. Must take players willing to deal with this while playing for the first few days.Of course, these players must also have the capability to decide when an instant-kick is warranted, especially in the case of bad boys. Remember guys, we're all representing Malaysia/LYN when we play, so make sure to be well mannered and polite to everyone you see. Drama? Walk away from it.
