Try to deal with Expressfon today via COD, but I'm vy disappointed with their tracking service.

After placing the order, I try to check with TS on the delivery status, but TS nvr reply me. I was angry and informed TS that I wanna cancel the deal, then only he replied that his dispatch boy will call me later.

Finally, around 7.30pm, his dispatch boy called me for delivery at my office, but at time I was already at home.

TS like just don't care much about his business, and he lost me as his customer, and wasted his dispatch boy time to deliver the hp to my office.

And I finally turned my direction to ask for delivery from Direct Store, I got a vy fast response, and I oredi received my gadget.

As conclusion, I'll not deal with Expressfon again in the future, not professional at all in handling the delivery status with customer.
