Hi,

I am using Hp pavilion dv7-6c19tx,i face blue screen problem sometimes.
And right now i am in dynamic mode,i would like to ask if it is due to the graphic driver?
If i wanna use application like autocad,do i need to restart it and switch it to fixed mode in order to use it or i just open catalsyt control center and choose high performance for autocad in the dynamic mode?

Thanks

Only 1 dump file?

Are you using Trend Micro AV? Seem like one of it process + AMD driver triggered the BSOD.

Regarding your AutoCad question, i recall you can use OpenGL with Dynamic switching. AMD fixed that problem ages ago.

What driver version you currently using?

Yup,i am using trend micro.
so u meaning that my trend micro causing the problem?
actually i face this problem after hp technician change my system board.
I am not sure if this is due to my driver problem. But when i ran the hardware test, everything is fine.
i am now using driver version of 8.882.2.3000.

Conflict between TrendMicro and AMD graphic driver, not sure which one is the real culprit.
That driver is uber old, try 15.7 from Leshcat. http://leshcatlabs.net/downloads_unfil/
I haven't try 15.9.1.

but previosuly i used it till the technician came and replace my system board.it worked fine.so i guess it is not the problem due to it?
ya,i also think the driver is old enough.and hp website also showing this driver.
the driver from leshcat is third party driver right?the perfomance is stable?
thanks
