what is you guys core temperature when gaming?
Mine went up to max 80/82 when gaming (checked by openhardware)
is it normal?
btw I am using cooling master u2

mass effect 3 , played again just now with power saver plan the max temperature became 64 something
however there are some shutter lag but it is minimal..

I uninstalled all the leshcat component and then install amd 13.10 and 13.9 catalyst, why the CCC does not have the option to change the application to high performance? the 3d accelerator setting is gone ? did i miss out something?

hi need some help here.
1) whenever I put my dv6 into sleep mode, I can't turn on it again, but I can heard the fingerprint unlock sound but the screen is totally black and I can only force shutdown it (holding down the power button)

2) It is kinda often that the usb mouse stop working for a few seconds then back to working again, it also follow up with the sound like when u plug an usb port, the duration is short though. But sometimes all the usb ports suddenly stop working, if I try disable and enable back in device manager, the device manager would become not responding and this doesnt work. After restarting the laptop, the usb ports are working again. It is kinda annoying.

Is there any solution to these problems? Help is appreaciated.

Helloo, my hp dv6 adapter suddenly spoilt, but i am sure what happened to the adapter.. When i am on battery the laptop could operate normally. But when i plug in the adapter the whole floor of my hostel will experience electrical short circuit that I have to turn on the main switch at the elctrical box.. Does that mean my adapter already spoilt? If so can I repair the adapter? Or buy an original adapter or universal adapter since the place I am studying here dont have hp centre.. Is there any harm usingother brand adapter?

My 3 years old hp dv6 gpu fan has spoiled i think because whenever i startup the laptop a message of the cooling system has stop functioning(in system screen).

May I know what is the price of replacing the fan/cooling system for hp dv6(model dv6-6 series) and also reapply of thermal paste ?

If I were to seek for such services, it is recommended to do at hp service center or any computer repair shop will do ?
