If is near Nilai spring then should be very very deep inside.... The road very dark and quiet when I was studying there... Plenty of empty house in Nilai....don know why they build so many there...

Preview during this weekend at nilai spring golf resort hotel. Go there to check it out.
Phase 1 double storey selling well... Phase 2 will be open next weekend i think.

i think u last went to nilai about 3 years ago, no ? tongue.gif

nilai is pretty populated these days la... all the lelong houses in desa anggerik (next to this kasia green & just next to USIM) sold way above what the current market price of that area. i myself bought a sub sale house in desa anggerik 3 years ago at only RM165k (double story, corner lot and facing the park) and currently similar house like mine (but not facing the park) lelong also more than RM300k also got people buy..

about this kasia green, the exit shouldn't be deep inside since it's just next to desa kasia, and exactly in front of the currently developed manipal kolej.

IMHO bandar baru nilai is a good place to live.. giant, tesco, and all kind of banks are very nearby..

for the said price, u can check out those props by tallam in puncak jalil and putra perdana. much nearer to KL compare nilai. No need lelong.

yup sure, but i don't think u can get a free hold corner-lot house with land area more than 3000sqf at puncak jalil and putra perdana.

ok, just did a quick google on puncak jalil double story house and this is among what i found

basically a 2-sty leasehold with Land Area 20x70 sq. ft. for RM290k... IMHO not even close to the lelonged corner lot at nilai biggrin.gif

that's only true if they work in KL biggrin.gif. anyway for new property in nilai, the price is about the same as other place (ie shah alam or so on).. u can check the price in nilai impian for example.. not worth it in my opinion.. unless u work somewhere nearby..

only endlots are left. discount is 5+3%.

the discounted 5% reflected on spa and 3% is rebate. so you pay 7% downpayment instead of 10%.

i've booked an end lot over the weekend but am thinking seriously if i've made a mistake.

if i choose to ignore the 14 days spa, i'll get my booking fees of 5k -10% back.

still thinking.

I was told the same thing by the sales person..just book a unit last week for own stay. Quite far if consider my workplace is in cyberjaya...but only this place that i can consider have that 'homely' feel. haha..
