something wrong with Diablo 3 game server after they re-enable the game creation limit. I am deciding to quit this hopeless game since Blizzard ruin this game to stop players farm in the game.

I believe the high latency is something to do with BLIZZARD SECURITY BREACH issue.

how is the blizz security breach issue relevant to ISP connections problem. note some of them don't lag as much as they do on 200.x.x.x IPs

Me no more lag since last night as I solo most the time. Maybe they already settle the problem? Remember to change the password as advised by Blizzard

got do this or not?

told a friend to do this, it improved for him (for myself too)

http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/di...rts-information

all online games, and torrent will use port forwarding. Setting it into your router will enhance the performance/bandwidth usage of the applications.

I'm using P1 so I studied the concept and applied the settings to my modem. After which torrent downloading is much more faster.

Other games like League of Legends also got their own Port settings

use this page http://portforward.com/ (as provided by blizzard), search your modem model, it will lists down step by step on how and what to add.
