dont pull the nail out by urself. go to tyre shop n let them do it for u. very cheap. also on the way to shop, dont speeding. drive normally.

Yeap just pump some air if its deflated. That's a very very clean nail in your tyre, shouldnt be a problem patching it up. a few mins gao dim
