I think qualification matters too?

My sister's profile:
Qualification: Diploma
Location : KL
Experience : Work as in-house designer in SMEs and also as designer in advertising firms for few years
Starting Salary when just graduate : RM 1K
Now : Self-employed, partner with marketing firms and do other freelancing jobs; income can easily reach more than 10k per month...

Cool, that's interesting. A designer with just a diploma will definately not get to 10K salary alone in any company in malaysia.
