Job Description : do all design related work ranging from illustrator/photoshop/3Dmax/autocad/managing creative dept/printing and etc
Years spent in company : 6yrs
Company : In-House Department
Industry : Advertising
Tenure : Permanent
Employment Level : executive
Experience before joining : 0
Salary : RM 4k

do some freelance can add in more $$

Company : In-House Department
Industry : Advertising
Tenure : Permanent
Employment Level : executive
Experience before joining : 7
Salary : RM 6k +

I think being a designer this is the max can go maybe?

Hopefully can get more but probably will switch profession to attain higher unsure.gif

Apparently some companies have Junior or plain Art Director, then Senior Art Director..

And funnily.. some who's got 13 years experience will only earn 3k as an AD (laugh die me)
