I need some opinions on the MG Delta Plus. Been interested in the suit design for quite a while. Is it a solid kit? Any fragile transformation parts I need to watch out for? I hope anybody can clarify me on these things.

I hope anybody can clarify me on these things. it's cool, superb and handsome looking mobile suit, and it does have the same charm in the kit form like any other transformable kits, you just have to be careful with the transformation mechanisms. in my case, the feet is not that sturdy, and it keeps on wanting to fold upward, making the kit prone to toppling over if improperly balanced anyhow, » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

In MS mode, its ankle are abit loose (this was partly bcuz the feet is suppose to fold for transformation purposes) as such if it was not balance properly even standing straight could prove difficult. All i can say was it look good but had flaws. My advise is if u did buy 1, put him up on an action base. |

Okay, as usual...after numerous hauls, I'm yet again suffering from storage issue...What do you guys do with the boxes?
I presume you don't throw it away...Mind sharing how you store or even display them? I'm thinking of cutting them, like flatten them and save space...any thoughts? Upcoming kits for build...orbital next to slow things down. ![]() Part of the stocking boxes... ![]() This post has been edited by waikin_31: Aug 27 2012, 11:09 AM |

Thank you for all your views. Your comments have been very helpful. I think if I ever buy it, I'll leave it in MS mode on an action base.
rihuhs, I can see what you did there. |

QUOTE(Tiger I @ Aug 27 2012, 08:29 AM) guys guys guys eh, i thought would be same like HGUC Zaku F2 and Gouf Custom since they sharing almost same design HGUC Zaku Mariner is kinda meh eyes cant move, and the molding really makes we wonder that if this really a 2012 kit, comparative to most 2012's kits being nicely engineered :/ I regretted nothing though QUOTE(Waachaaa @ Aug 27 2012, 09:30 AM) Bro is that Ikea Lagra Lamp on Right and Tertial on Left. Cant see well with your room lights off. yes, on right is from Ikea.. on left i dunno since i bought at another place(a bit expensive than Ikea lamp)If Lagra Lamp then wouldnt your bulb supports up to 11W=60W maximum due to screw E14 Will that be sufficient or causing different balance in your lighting as Tertial Lamp use E27 usually bigger wattage. both using Philips 8W bulb This post has been edited by nazrul90: Aug 27 2012, 01:23 PM |
