hey, don worry too much first. I used to have your problem last time.
and after some trying, actually the main cause is the dirt at the side of your screen. Try to clean up the dirt between your screen protector and the frame of the screen. Clean it nicely, allign your screen and it should works well now. Good luck!

hey people, i have a serious problem here. my dopod suddenly restart about an hour ago and it never successful in loading the WM5.

i hard reset it. and it gets into the main interface once or twice but after few minutes and it is gone and restart again. most of the time it will restart at the red dopod word screen. I really hope this is a small problem. if not i won be repairing it anyway. i had a very bad experience the dopod company.

definately not loose battery or corrupt memory. any suggestions? aih, really feeling down cause of this.

the battery having more than 60% 2 hours ago.

obviously not under warranty anymore. this machine is going to be 2 year old. ROM cannot be flashed when you cant even boot it up. cause you cannot sync it with the computer.

Added on November 14, 2007, 11:01 pmguess what.. after taking out the SIM card. it is now working. i shall let it on for another long time. this is to see whether the real problem is caused by the SIM or not. Cause i did try the same method 20 minutes ago and the phone will still off. so far so good. let's hope it is the stupid SIM card.
