guys i have a bit of a problem with vista/wmdc

just bought new lappy with vista & updated wmdc, sync was ok but everytime i sync, my device id will change to WINDOWSMOBILE30. i dunno what to do, i've deleted the profile & made new sync partnership etc but to no avail.

any help?

Go to Settings -> Screen. There's an option to switch to landscape there.

But you can still sync w/o any problems right? all your contacts/calendar/tasks/notes/etc can sync properly?

If all can sync well and you can transfer files, i think then don't bother about it.

Or is there some problem that comes up when the device id changes?

Dear All 818pro fren.

Hi, Im using my Dopod 818pro since Dec last year. I relise that if I install too many porgram espacially chinese reader it will make my pointer not accurate, some time I can't even write or type on the keyboard. ANybody encounter this problem?

I have ask SIS Distributor side & they claim that do not put too many program into it. WHAT KIND of explaination is that!!!

Yeah. I think i've experience that before. Removed the chinese recognition s/w then no probs so far.

Don't think there is. This is one of the bad things of WM5. In WM2003SE and before, can easily choose wireless networks like a laptop.

i now using pdaviet touch by Gullum,so nice the touchflo effect, but really useless for me. very stable so far since use it for 2 days.recommended.

I'm using 818 Pro for a few months.. it's interesting.. but now when I see my fren D810, I sudah naik gila sama GPS... anyone can give opinion? how about 838 Pro.. do the PDA can use GPS too?

i have a proggie that uses registration based on device id, need to change the device id to my own & need to input reg key for it to wor again. really annoying lor.

everything else syncs fine.

just flashed to PDAVIET 4.0.0.0.5a Cross ROM..
so far, very stable.. hasn't hang at all..
of course programs take a bit of a while to load..
at most 1 second lag

wah... PDAViet reach ver 5 edi ahz. y does it lag fer so long?
