Anyway i've uninstalled Pocket PC Plus today. Didn't really help me much but it really slowed me down a bit though. Imagine after i press the power on button then press the Connect/Dial key, had to wait for like 5 secs for the keypad to pop up. Without the PPC Plus, it works instantly

my memory free space keep getting less and less (but the running program list are empty) .. and because of that .. i had to soft reset when the indicator turn to yellow color (memory too low) ... what 3rd party software u guys used to check what are hidden things running in the memory.

any previous dopod pda that cheaper than 818?noobies wanna ask..

got mine black for rm2480 with 0% ep for cc. at maju junction. but no gift la.

I got mine from PDA Expert at The Curve, so far so good there service, very friendly, got it for RM2488, by the way is the silicon case good for PDA like dopod 818? I heard if the case too hot, it might damage the paint on the PDA.

Actually i have a kinda clear silicon case but then its not black and doesn't look nice with my Black Dopod.

I got mine for RM2620 with screen protector and 1GB card at Digital Gadget and CC no surcharge.

i have done some survey for dopod 818 pro price around sg wang,KLCC and low yat recently as i am getting one soon
so far, the best price i can get is
-RM2380 full box
-RM2438 818pro full box with free USB cradle.
-RM2520 full box+1gb SD card

so far, this is the best deal i can get. all package is from SIS distribution
if you guys know any places offer better price , pls share with all so that all of us can become dopod 818 pro user

but before that i heard many ppl saying different color were made in different country.
for those already own 818 pro, can check for me black color issit made in Taiwan also? coz a lot of ppl getting black color is made in China where suppose to be same as other color made in Taiwan.
ALSO..please correct me if i'm wrong...
