My price range is about RM500k +- this will be my first home, may i know how can i leverage the first home scheme.1) The house installment can be 2/3 of my nett income? 2) EPF account 1 or 2 can take out fully to use it as deposit? 3) I wanted 1 house (any where as long as not super ulu places), my fiancee wanted to buy her own house as well. (any where cheapest in jalan ipoh area?) 4) Any advise how is it possible for good place to buy now subsale or new house? thanks alot |

QUOTE(propusers @ Jul 5 2013, 04:03 PM) QUOTE(stargate8 @ Jul 6 2013, 01:09 PM) go check out bangi avenue, it's 20x65 about 398k, https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2501336/all freehold landed, should fit your budget.. for own stay, rule of thumb, monthly repayment must not exceed 1/3 of your salary its better to combine with your fiancee to purchase and serve loan, it will be faster to payoff and save on interest. unless both u intend to buy it for investment.
