Tiara east which is still under construction is a gated and guard and under individual title.

I reckon some development only provided guard without proper brick wall fencing is because the developer wants to cut cost😝

Still wanna argue. Check the latest offers from mkh. All individual title with gated and guarded. Some more with access cards system.

Greater KL/KV extends beyond the boundaries of Kuala Lumpur. In 2010, the population of Greater KL/KV is approximately 6 million, and it contributes about RM263 billion to the nation’s GNI. This translates to 20 percent of the national population contributing 30 percent of the nation’s GNI, proving that Greater KL/KV is indeed the engine of the nation’s economic growth and hence designated as a NKEA.

i never like SP setia's house designs. not so pratical and the material given are cheapo tongue.gif

one thing they make it, with these cheapo designs and material, they can still sell the product at a premium price. blush.gif
