I'm newbie here, trying to invest and hopefully to get my desire house for my home stay, thanks for all the information previously provided, it really help me a lot whether to invest in this market~

btw, would like to share some info to you guys,

I called the SEH Sales Agent yesterday, they saying the launching will be in Octorber 2013 (But they have yet to know the exact date), which is really close now. Launching Price will start from 430k onwards (Not Sure what size, cause i didnt ask) for Double Storey Terrace and 605k for Semi-D.
