Typical SPSetia strategy. New phase all have tiles on 1st floor. Spec is so so..
Later phase should be laminated timber & high spec, slightly bigger build up & price jack up. Overall quite nice layout with all semid have attached bathroom on 1st floor. 1 bigger type semid have double ceiling type dun like since loose build up on 1st floor.. |
