Went there in da afternoon right after received sms.
Stay in Kajang, but first time drive down to Semenyih, from balakong to semenyih = FAR..................... takes 20mins from SetiaEcoHill to Balakong... Very nice sales gallery/welcome centre/ grand n spacious. Huge piece of ecohill land  saw few showunit of Semi-D under construction and available for viewin by next month. Launch by next month, most probably by balloting (I think confirmed la).. indicative pricings from 400k onwards for terrace houses 700k for semi-D.. very reasonable priced. can get the Semi-D if you really wan stay far away from town. Hopefully the new propose link to Lekas can shorten to time significantly...stil unsure where it links to...  |

600K now is very cheap ady, if not buy now, you wait few more years ady 800k above la.
