I went to the welcome center today. Look promising. Only the semi d and bungalows are gated and guarded with individual title, cctv and intercom. Club house facilities can be utilised if you subscribe to membership. The link houses will only be guarded if all purchasers agree to it and no access tag nor cctv.

I don't like the ground floor guest room with toilet at the front of the house for the small semi d layout. Bad fengshui!!! 

The better layout will be the bigger semi d but pricing a bit pricey. Rm900k.

Ask the SA about rebate, they have no idea yet.

I drove further 8km down south and surveyed mkh pelangi heights another project. I even had lunch at the golf club just to chat with the workers there and surprise, surprise, my suspicion was right. On rainy day, they can smell chicken shit smell from nearby poultry farm.

So, buyer beware  . Their 1 million bungalow looks very tempting though.

Whether I invest or not, I do hope that SPS can bring up this area, it has been sleeping too long aleli...
