Semi gated means that the the housing areas is surrounded by the 2/3 feet tall steel pillars....the pillars are about 2 feets apart...the bicycles and outsider can walk in and out thru them but the car cannot go in freely and must go through the guardhouse.

indicative pricings from 400k onwards for terrace houses 700k for semi-D.. very reasonable priced.
can get the Semi-D if you really wan stay far away from town.
Hopefully the new propose link to Lekas can shorten to time significantly...stil unsure where it links to...

I can't predict how strong is the underlying purchaser power, seems like there are a lot of people just about to enter the mkt, I think more people prefer landed than strata condo.
