I personally think this township worth for investment. The whole Kajang n semenyih area do not have big gated n guarded residential except for Jadehill, Kajang. Even 2 storey linked house at Jadehill reaching 1 mil, moreover near industry area.

To me, SPS has close to 1,800 acres in Rinching n Abacco estate excluding another 1,000 acres from Tan Sri himself. Do u think this township will fail? Country Garden, the China developer who launched property at Danga Bay JB also launching their maiden project near Nottingham University. I see this is just the beginning of the emerging of New Semenyih, just like Sungai Buloh 15 yrs ago (now known as Damansara Perdana, Kota Damansara n etc).

Whether buying for own stay or investment, it is still worth for a try.

Plavia has few types. Each type different built up but same land size. Each extra built up will cost more.
