The direct access to Lekas is currently under construction. Estimated to be completed upon the handling over of vp for the 1st batch of properties.

Registration for balloting is not foc. You have to place a bank draft in a specified amount in order to participate in the balloting. During the previous balloting exercise for vacant bungalow lot, the number of people who deposited the bank draft were 3x more than the available lots. rclxm9.gif

According a banker, if the house's add is semenyih, bank value will lower a bit.

it started with 350k, the 380k, then <400k.

now... 400k min, at launch 430k, 450k?

frankly, i had interest in the beginning having known about it quite early and having watched setia alam-ecopark since 2006.

such prices for such a new untested location with little between it and next urban area, let the enlightened ones with deep vision go ahead. tongue.gif

not that i doubt the developer but even magic sometimes take time to realize the fruits...

Subsale of the vacant bungalow lot has gone up to 880k in Feb 13 and 950k in May 13. rclxm9.gif

as a dev rep and selling pretty hard here, pls share if it's something real that will convince more people to buy.

you will gain due recognition and reputation.

The purchaser shall pay the balance 10% of the deposit upon execution of the SPA.

All DSL (20 x 65, 20 x 70 and 22 x 75) in Presinct 1 is guarded only as the DSL is under individual title.

but no need to get defensive when other's input is not in line with yours.

i am a prop owner and investor, incl props from sps. but i m not rep, agent, contractor, supplier or staff of sps.

can u say the same? do clarify this, pls.
