But nowdays, can't really compare with the quality in those days. Costs also keep increasing. Perfect is almost impossible. I hope they can do a good job.  |

This project is DIBS so i think may be fast fast do and handover to purchasers else the developer have to keep on bearing the interest cost portion.
So when fast fast do....er...quality dunno oh. |

I checked, they only allow 1 draft per IC; should we put under other IC, S&P will be under the main IC and that person can join other IC - not transferable.

Some more the name is not transferable... means if you kena using your IC, can't change name to others. Can only add names.
