I am curious about banglo/land lot in G&G/strata development, am considering for (far into the) future upgrade

1. there will be monthly maintenance fee, similar to condo, right? is it also calculated based on land area?

2. will one need to start paying from house build or from land purchase time

3. and lastly what is the price like, for example in SEH, how much psf each month?

despite from the brand name SPS, did you guys realize that there's actually quite poor workmanship on ecohill?

Those materials they're using are actually quite low cost and cheap, especially the tiles.

Outside it looks ok, but internal layout has room to be improved. For those who are putting bet into ecohill, Gd luck!

But most buy for investment. so they don't care.

Actually is super cheap, the 1x1 tiles on floor (i'm referring to double storey) can buy by retailer in Jln Ipoh on the price of RM0.99 for each piece, haven't included the bulk purchase if it's by developer disc.

Yes u r right, the cheapest staircase holder, if to remove it, will need to spend some money as it's attached hardly on the ground. Also, staircase itself is like harder to climb, probably it's to pack or built on higher degree.

I personally think this township worth for investment. The whole Kajang n semenyih area do not have big gated n guarded residential except for Jadehill, Kajang. Even 2 storey linked house at Jadehill reaching 1 mil, moreover near industry area.

To me, SPS has close to 1,800 acres in Rinching n Abacco estate excluding another 1,000 acres from Tan Sri himself. Do u think this township will fail? Country Garden, the China developer who launched property at Danga Bay JB also launching their maiden project near Nottingham University. I see this is just the beginning of the emerging of New Semenyih, just like Sungai Buloh 15 yrs ago (now known as Damansara Perdana, Kota Damansara n etc).

Whether buying for own stay or investment, it is still worth for a try.
