There is no more landed lower than 400k any more within much hyped Klang Valley. Developer has been pricing sky high price as whatever the price is there are still people rebut to buy .

Semenyih might need more than 5yrs to see any significant cap gain. Any new infrastructures announcement around this area should expedite the gain
