I called SEH. No bumi quota. No bumi lot. Whoever wants take chance and ballot. If you say got bumi quota then tell me who says

Sure got quota, it could be quota for the entire developement instead of individual phase

Sure got bumi quota. But applies for the whole development. Which development got no bumi quota?

Ok first lets get the definition right. Bumi quota means at the point of launch, certain percentage of the units have to to be reserved by developers for bumi buyers. Bumi quota different concept than bumi discount. Agreed?

From what I observe, not all developments have got bumi quota (yes correct. Not all). It depends on locations and developers. For example Denai Alam is developed by Sime Darby. Everytime launch got bumi quota 70%. Elmina on the other hand is different, even though developed by same developer Sime Darby. Bumi quota in Elmina is 50%.

SP Setia launches which I attended I notice no bumi quota (The one I attended only, I don't know in the past how). When I went to Setia Ecoglades in cyberjaya, close to 90% of buyers chinese, do definitely no bumi quota there. The last bungalow lots launch in ecohill the SEH guy told me about 90% taken by chinese. The next SEH launch also I was told no bumi quota. You want, you register, you ballot. Whether you are bumi or not does not improve your chance of being selected. So its free for all.

Now called SEH managers twice and they told me no bumi quota. If somebody in SEH told you there is, please tell me his name so I can call the guy and confirm. Agreed?

This issue has been discussed, comment and argue for numerous time already,the country has independent for 56 yrs and till today the authority or gomen can't even give a proper explanation on this issue, real useless gomen!

What is your point? A regular person cannot register low yat account first time and speak about bumi quota as his first posting? Is there a rule I must talk about something else first as first three posting?
