Yup, it's a pain if you're using multiple monitors. Just trust the monitor with better color accuracy and ignore the latter.

Late to see this but normally laptop doesn't have good enough screen for digital art unless you paid more for a high end laptop. You can try to hook up a secondary monitor with better colour accuracy to the laptop and use that to draw instead. From what I've seen it's usually the red colour that was affected the most by low quality screen.

Wta I see all the artist i am learning from on YouTube use Photoshop CC, and I hear them say they are paying usd10 a month to use it. But how come when I go to the Adobe website and click on the Photoshop option it says rm93 per month? I was expecting it to be rm50 max after converting. Is this the wrong option? Bcs I can only find this Photoshop plan on the website but the artist I am watching are using Photoshop CC?

I think it was the old payment structure. Now they pretty much force you to pay for CC service. They purposely make single app sub unappealing.

Hi may i know from where did you buyt your digital drawing pad? I feel warranty for these thing will be a problem, since there is no shop around, you got to trust some online seller to help you in future if there any problems? Thats why i am saving money for a ipad pro, any problem just sent back to the shop.
Also may i know what software do you use for your drawings?

Wacom is always a good idea if you're willing to pay. They have an office in Malaysia and their products are durable

As for the software, I mainly use Clip Studio Paint

If you want Photoshop CC, you can sign up for the Creative Cloud Photography plan instead (mine is RM44.41 per month). It's much cheaper than the single app license.

For Wacom drawing tablet, you can get them from computer shops like ALL IT Hypermarket. They usually have stocks there.

I'm risking it with warranty.
I got mine from Lazada's XP-Pen's shop. I think they are the official store cos the price is pretty much the same with the online sale for the official store (timing of sales too).
Just that the warranty gonna be a hassle cos they don't have XP-Pen Malaysia here.

I'll let you know once my item arrive and if I have any problems.
I'm getting a non-wacom cos the price is a fraction of Wacom's equivalent.
The tradeoff is of course, probably won't last as long. But I reckon by the time it stops working, I already used it enough to need an upgrade.

I'm still undecided with what software to use. Like I said, I used to use Paint.NET lol. Back in my days, that was the only option for free painting software.
Now have Krita, Paint tool sai, medibang pro, clip paint studio.

I heard medibang pro is decent.

I like contemporary art in all its forms. Even if you don't understand what is going on, you can always open yourself up to new experiences and at least get to know the way other people look at the world. Watching this posts, I found a lot of interesting ideas that are really commendable. It's nice that in our pragmatic time people find the strength and mood to create something beautiful. I wish I could create such interesting things. But in any case I will observe your creativity and get inspiration.
