Run act 1 with about 200% MF/GF after 5 valor.
From my opinion it seem ip 1~99 range give higher chance of dropping ilv63/legendary as normally i can do a run w/o seeing any ilv63 in act1with this setup but now its almost guaranteed. Most still crap to sub par tho but a good start  or it might be my lucky weekend so going to keep doing for a week and see what happen |
