My 3 years old Dell Studio 1555 can run Dota 2 at full setting just fine, the graphic is so low end that I think any 5 years old computers can run it just fine.
CPU P8600 2.4ghz
Ati Radeon Mobility HD4570
4GB of RAM
Laptop on Dota 2
