Err, the problem is identifying the location of all the AES cameras .... by the time you actually spot one, your plate is captured .... unless you're driving with the blinders up which is tantamount to driving without number plates. You may avoid AES but as the police will also be having their operations, once you're spotted with a blacked out number plate, I bet you're going to get a "Encik, sila ikut balik balai" at the next roadblock.
