You've tried our FREE 04 (Singapore)? What game do you play with it? How is it unstable?
We just want to know see if anything we can improve  smile.gif
But you must know that we've capped our FREE server to maintain fair usage between all the FREE users.

Surf Facebook is not that smoothly, don't know why, and may I know when PPTP are going to launch?
As my network provider is blocking UDP and TCP therefore I wanna use PPTP to bypass sweat.gif

Hi, We're not sure about the release date for PPTP VPN.
What ISP are you using that blocked UDP and TCP? We provide quite a number of ports for each protocol, it is quite unlikely to be blocked of all.

Hi, I am living in hostel which having custom firmware for their modem and the management limit our speed and block some UDP and TCP.
I am not sure right now as I am not at the hostel due to holiday and will be back 2 weeks later.

Before I tried to connect UDP and TCP but failed, not sure why, then only PPTP can.

Hi, iphone is supported
You can subscribe here, it will guide you step by step
I see, but you could try different port number
I am pretty sure you can connect with TCP 80 and TCP 443 as these port are for web browsing. If you can browse web with your ISP you should be able to connect VPN via these port
*
Will get back to you once I reached my hostel.

The SG server which for premium user is different with the free user right?

I personally would suggest UDP 53 but it may not be optimal for you.
Just keep in mind that UDP is usually faster then TCP but some ISP (hotel/college/university) may blocked UDP port.
*
Oh right, currently using TCP 443 now, stable than free server.

Let say I have two PC and willing to connect your VPN, is it possible to share account or need to do another invoice?

Yes you can use our VPN to download. But please don't download too much over SG/HK server as we currently having limited bandwidth over these servers. Bandwidth in Asia is pretty expensive compared to the US's.
I hope you can understand that.

Thanks

Singapore 01? That is unusually high
usually Malaysia who connected to Singapore 01 shoul have less than 100ms
*
Over 500ms++ in steam. Tried both UDP and TCP.
But smooth with web surfing.
