i would like to purchase but i no idea if windows xp can use or not. coz after install the program not working seems need .net 4.5 above but on xp maximum is 4.0 only.. pls advice.

My lappy is now connected to my mobile hotspot via wifi.

I have both windows and android apps installed in my lappy and my phone respectively.

I can only bypass p2p capped speed when using my smartphone (finch and utorrent android apps)

I cant bypass p2p capped speed when i used windows version of finch. Is there any special config i need to do with the windows version?

looks like not really reliable compared to free available VPN such as Psiphon.
