Anyone can help me?

I've tried softwares like start orb changer/orbchange/logon screen editor/etc but no luck!
I can change the visual theme of my windows (by using Custopack). But just couldn't figure out ways to change the start orb and logon screen.. most of the softwares I used crashed during the changing process.. Is there something to do with my explorer.exe? or some sort of files like that?

Ever try the software to 'run as administrator'? Not sure what's your computer really up to..

I did that too.. didn't work for me don't know what the **** had happened to the explorer.exe
