Quick question, who delivers Hong Kong post registered air mail in Malaysia?

Hong Kong Post gave this error when I was tracking my parcel.

"The item (RCxxxxxxxxxHK) was tendered for delivery on 8-Aug-2012 without success. "

i have encounter the same problem ,when i was checking ..that is an error and cant track my parcel

for me, currently today is the 9th day but tracking still not visible on hong kong post website. whenever i tried to click malaysia -speedpost, there is an error.

If you're using Registered Post, check under the Post Dafter tab, otherwise, use the Parcel tab. Speedpost, EMS also can track.

My parcel arrived safely liao

normally they delivered within 1 week.

HK friends used registered post to me over 8 times all delivered after 7days to my house without problems

Hi there, just to ask on behalf of my friend.
According to her, her friend send a parcel to her via HK Post.
And someone did receive and sign the package.
I was wondering anyone have idea who can I check with in Malaysia side for further information

Ask for tracking if it's express mail or registered mail. Normal parcel mail don't have tracking so bit difficult to check.

If no one to receive at home. Where the parcel will send to?

What about normal HKP without tracking? Is the delivery time also one week?

based on experience, usually around 10-20 days

if yours is under poslaju, then poslaju will leave their note there. if its registered mail, then registered mail will leave their note there

Alamak I thought delivery time was the same. The seller quoted me 27 USD for DHL and EMS. I thought EMS was only about RM 20. I took normal Hong Kong Post. Hope it will be delivered on time before I leave.

Hi, just a quick question. I received below message from HKP.

The item (RB********HK) was in transit within its destination country on 11-Oct-2013

So, it means the items already in Malaysia. I assume it's in KLIA (maybe) but who will do the next part to send my parcel to Johor? Pos Malaysia?

So total shipping day = 12 days (including weekend) For a free shipping item, that's reasonable.

I bought an item from ebay on 24th March.
The seller used Hong Kong post to send me the item.
The tracking number is WU69XXXXXXXXX76

I tried to track at hong kong post website. But there's no info regarding it.
I haven't received my item too.

How come like this?

Seller asked me to be patient for 25-45 days, and says this is normal...

eBay is only for those who can be patience
Just wait for 30 days. If the item still hasn't arrived by then, then request for refund
