Few hundred lots ? 1 lot=100 shares, right ?

How do I buy this IGBREIT ? Where do I check the price ? Is it like buying stocks ? What is the minimum I can buy - 100 shares ?

IPO price last year was RM1.25. Now after 1 year still hovering at this price, does it mean the share is not that good ? Means after holding for nearly 1 year, cannot make any capital gain.

So is the share over-valued now, cos NAV only RM1.05 while current price is around RM1.28 ?

Yes, but it's risky if a company going to be bankrupt (and therefore price will drop to 0). e.g. current price is RM3 and U key in GTD price of RM2 and then they share nose-drive from RM3 to RM2 (U think U R lucky to grab 50,000 shares costing RM100,000)...but the share keep on dropping way below your grab price...U R going to make big losses.

Few hundred cannot be 100 or couple of hundreds. 999 is considered many already.

But he said few hundred and "few" meaning is straight forward.

If such a big place as midvlley disappear, it could only mean war has started and the emermy has dropped a bomb/s on the place. Then it's really jialat for everyone....everyday eat sweet potato only.
