The rental gap between here and KL central will be lower.

Just some thoughts.
I bought at 1.39, 1.38, 1.35, 1.32.
Now queuing to buy more at 1.30, 1.28.
For long term of course. No sell button unless necessarily. Expect 200% gain in 5 years. cool2.gif
