If Pav reit can hover around 1.3x, I am sure Mid valley can do so much more.

Long term okay but again look at CI, 1.40 level may not sustain very long.

I personally think any price above 1.40 is good to sell. Of course the higher the better. I may sell at 1.40 unless the buying pressurekeep coming, then i will increase my seling price.

Keep it bro!!! dont sell it.!!

No offence.......this is a public forum...unless no sense in the arguements.

BUT do you have any info whether theres a longggggggggg queue for the shoplots?

Investment comes with risk, but not blind risk.
Risk can be quantified and then Decisions made upon that.

5% is too low for me.....whereas SREITs give higher DPUs plus NO withholding tax of 10%.

So comparing IGB Reits and SREITs i would prefer the later.

Which Sg brokerage firm are you using? Thx

Poor thing Yokie tongue.gif

Reit's Dilemma.

I always dream of owning all the reit stock and couldnt be bother about the price fluctuation. So long as every month I receive my rental.

Sometimes do nothing is a kind of action too.

Why not venture into property? I am sure interest payment wouldn't be a problem with your massive monthly dividend. biggrin.gif
