4000 shares not cheap with current price.. lol.

There will be no odd lots for IGB REIT because every KASSETS holder will only get round down lots. 1000 shares of KASSETS let say getting 5240 or 5250 shares in IGB REIT, the actual shares received is only 52 lots.

If it is 5.25 times, then can avoid wasting shares by buying 4000 KASSETS shares.

The information of 5240 or 5250 was already known few months ago. I have already forgotten it by myself. You can try to search on the thread few months ago and see what should the number be.

Just to correct on your words. It is "round down" but not "round up". In school, we studied round up in mathematics but not round down.

paiseh for my english laugh.gif

but i just checked the circular

i still cannot find about the (round down) and about the 5250

THANK YOU TO H86 BROTHER notworthy.gif

but base on the guide,it will rounded down to the nearest Distribution Units based on their shareholdings.

but does this mean will round down from 5240-5200?(1000share) hmm.gif

or some odd lot guy 5245.24-5240?(1001share) just example hmm.gif

but base on the last official circular i post

(see Number of Distribution unit) is 5240,did not round down blink.gif

Yes, every Kassets, they give you 5240 IGBreit. Not value at Rm5240, or whatever value amount.

Then if everything goes smoothly, there will be capital repayment (which is expected to be around March 2013).

The 2431.94 calculation is incorrect.

Summarise, you own Kasset, you will be given
- 5240 IGBreit
- Capital repayment + special dividend which worth around RM2.43 + little bit extra(I stand for corrected in this).  from the proceed of selling IGBreit at RM1.25, instead of Rm1.00

And Kassets will be delisted.

Thanks to cherroy notworthy.gif

by the way

Thanks to prophetjul for FRACTION view notworthy.gif

Thanks to H86 taking your time to debat on my question notworthy.gif

so now what we can do is buy as much share as we want to merge our need and waiting for the distribution whistling.gif

another info for all forumer......

as cherroy say [little bit extra] should be around 4-5sen base on my calculate.(that will be the interest from rest of cash that not yet distribution to share holder(until march)+the rest money that left at the company)

Planning to buy just small shares in IGB REIT.

Not enough money to buy kassets =)

Even if I buy 200units of Kassets, how many IGB reit shares can I get?
*
Hi if planning to just buy little share,i suggest just bought at open day,may be the price at opening day will be higher, but u no need to stuck the money at kasset, and can use the money direct to buy More IGB share icon_rolleyes.gif

base on this is the special case of IPO that can own it on backdoor rclxub.gif ,and 93%share is owning by the 30 largest share holder that filled with a lot of fund manager, that mean on the opening day,the share price pusher is becoming less(all the interest owner can buy it at backdoor),so for my guest, share price on the first day are not going to higher too much.

by the way,if the share price goes higher too much,it not worth anymore to invest......

why buy a 4% yield when we can buy other 6-7% yield whistling.gif

think about it sweat.gif

Stubborn head one explain to him so many time still not get it , let them be .....

The more important thing is let time ( another 2 week - 3 week )  tell the fact  ........
I predict next week will hiong to 9.30 , and no more 9.30 for u to sapu again ..........
*
seem like u still dnt understand what cherroy bro say......

no matter how high the kasset be,it cannot make money if you wannt to invest for igb cause the price after dis kasset will adjust back to normal......

and igbreit price are not follow the mother share not matter how high it be.......

by the way,if you want to invest igbreit ,now kasset is still worth to try...... nod.gif

I don't think has 5% leh

I remember they paid 1.9 sen, plus this 3.43, total is 5.33 sen. At 1.25, the yield is 4.28% only. Correct me if my calculation is wrong.
*
4.28%is base on 9month + 11day,if calculate base on one year, the yield should be 3.43+(3.3maybe?)/1.25=5.4xx%

nett after 10%tax=4.9392%
