well, since most of the IPOs nowadays are kinda hot..... i guess u'll need to pay more than the IPO price when it's listed...
unless something else happen...  drool.gif

we dont know what will happened on the listing day biggrin.gif

but anyway i wont mind paying a little more to get this REIT since i treat it as a fixed income instrument.

capital appreciation + dividend payout semi-annually / quarterly drool.gif kinda rewarding biggrin.gif

Those stubborn one still think this think that , 8.90 they ignore it , 9.00 they also ignore it , now 9.08 ........  Later 9.30 ( they said expensive  also ignore it  , )

(9.30 - 2.43)/5.24 = 1.31  ( Not include 0.xx  Earn via  6 mth )                          This one call expensive ?                            ======  >      See Pavreit price 1.40
How abt  10.00  ?

(10.00 - 2.43)/5.24 = 1.44 ( Not include 0.xx Earn via 6 mth )                            This one just fair value                              ======  >      See Pavreit price  1.40
                                                                                                                    ( Coz Midvalley more tong kong than Pav)
Again, invest or not up to you.

public offer (IPO) only 34,000,000 unit , which is 1 % of the total unit.

So IMO the chance of getting this IPO is really SLIM.

who knows you may be the lucky one smile.gif

Indeed I am newbie into stocks and I have bought KASSETS because I wanted a gurantee in IGBREIT shares too but that doesn't mean that I will be a newbie forever.

I understand that this is part of the process and journey that I will be belittle and being ignore with some stupid question from me but I thought this is the place where I could get some advise from some veterans if I were lucky enough because I am trying to understand more of such transition and learning the calculations.

I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Anyway, I am now understood the so called listing price. Thank you very much for the heads up..  notworthy.gif

everyone starts from newbie smile.gif

he is just advise you not to pour in your hard earned money into something you are not familiar with.

anyway 2013 budget will be announce at 4pm later today.And if the withholding tax be eliminated , then REIT will soar drool.gif

worry because PAVREIT is UP UP UP....

SUNREIT also increase in this bull market.

But, IGBREIT increase to 1.44 & drop back to 1.30.... Its price performance is rather dissapointing despite its strong fundamental.
*
REIT should be treated as a fixed income instrument.

If you hope for price appreciation,buy growth stock instead of reit.
