3 year back plan to move Singapore to find work(and move my $$$ invest in SG); SG didnt hire me at the end.


Indeed cross my mind to invest in SG Reits all the while. I used to hv Starreits before LOT 10 transfer to Sg Reits.


I envvy Singapore MALL are well manage and near to MRT very convenience to commuter.
Not to worry no ppl visit the mall everyday.
Sadly no time to travel there anymore to open account SG CDS for cheaper broker rate.

I call spend time with patient; this is pocket money.

If i accumulate my $$$ or Bait every month then i sure buy @1.32.

I leave a 1/3 portion for this fishing everyday.

No reason to fish so fast when caught the fish with @1.37 bait

Almost reach my 2/3 bait then i accumulate @1.32.

Continue my fishing 1/3 bait again.

Then must see the market toward good or bad.

If a fishermen depend on this fish @1.30 how to feed a family.

Sure at home bought fish @1.37 keep at home to see more babe fish come out.

Then used the babe fish to fish more fish keep at home.

That how my cycle FISHING...juz 2 sen of fishing.

I l to eat Fish...yummy fish....

Up to you; either accumulation mode or average down .

The Sea full of other stock can be fish and harvest for the Golden Egg .

After all, DPU 2012 mention in IGBREIT-Prospectus.

Today go up must be awaiting 29/11/2012 news.

End of day I have no chance catch anyting. so i keep my bait to fish other stock.

Whatever no need rush catching 1; pending someday PANIC button is press.

The time come dont use fishing Rod but use BIG NET.

& MUST Alwasy keep the bait available when we wont know after the Storm; plenty of fish catchable..

Net can catch all kind of Fish. while let the rod to bait. Today cant catch juz keep.

Im waiting PANIC from US Fiscall Cliff and GE13; trigger the selling. Yummy fish.....

JACKPOT Buying spree; accumulate other stock and as well IGBreits at the same day.

Later regret buy this one didnt buy that one. ...Making habbit NET everyting in 1 GO. with No regret.

I will use time to accumulate my bait. ..Abstain NET while looking the Fish get yummy.

Without $$$$ BAIT $$$ cant NET any FISH afterall.

That why i used 1/3. Anything below my FISH price and i have accumulated 1/3 of my BAIT i whack to average down.

Else ABSTAIN fish anything for rush. No point averge down juz a little; when the storm come cant Net anymore.

1/3 Bait havent reach. Frm my purchase price @1.37 compare now @1.35.
Juz @0.02, maybe keep awhile see the fish can drop more 5%(@1.30). Anyting below 5% juz accumulation bullet when sufficient 2/3 bait.

Drop from my purchase@1.37. represent my formula percentage.

7 sen drop 5.1% @1.30
6 sen drop 4.4% @1.31
5 sen drop 3.6% @1.32
4 sen drop 2.9% @1.33
3 sen drop 2.2% @1.34
2 sen drop 1.5% @1.35
1 sen drop 0.72% @1.36


My 2sen said KLCI still peak; i waiting for the sign of Bear then BULL(NET the FISH).
Else keep my bait in freeze at @FD or @UT BOND. Dont want to chase until i got extra 2/3.

Once my BAIT extra 2/3- sure i will top up FOCUS for averge UP(1%-10% vs my entry price) in IGBReits compare other stock im Holding(>15% from my entry price).
If other stock drop like no body else and IGBreits FLY high- i will focus FISHING the Other stock im holding.
Else use for next IPO.

My aim put in GOOD stock with DIVIDND same like your. Wait for Golden EGG..and BUY more to LAY more GOLDEN egg.

My 1 lot = 1000 share; juz a small collector since Aug 2008. Some stock i sold becoz not much dividend receive except capital gain.
DIGI 1 lot
MAXIS 3 lot
KLCCP 1.5 lot
BsdReit 0.7 lot
IGBreit 30.7 lot

The divident receive and yield i didnt keep track. Any suggest website can keep AUTO track for this?
I mostly used Klse.i3investor track my stock movement but didnt key the divident receive most the time.

Preferal stock which the business i can see/use every time.

Some Reits i wanted to buy; till now never press the button..juz SAVING BAIT mode waiting the US FISCAL CLIFF and GE13.
