In fact i like that it's D/A ratio is still low which enable it to acquire future malls. Its occupancy is also very high >99%. Organic growth is also reasonable at 3%-6% Currently generating 5.6% net dividend which also is good enough for me as it represents 150 bps above 1year FD. But if you ask me if IGBreit is a good counter when the price is at RM 1.40/share, i would flatly tell you no because the net dividend then is only around 4% in which can hardly beat FD.
