Be patient. Now the market is not yet stable. I think we can wait until budget 2014 come out which announce end of this month and publish beginning of October.

A lesson well learn when i started investment, now if it is selling at reasonable price and good valuation, buy!

Sure the stock can be cheaper, but then if the valuation is still good, buy more!

yr prices give u 4% net profit.
igb just paid div, won't get it again until 6 months from now.
it may recover slowly but unlikely it will spike up anytime soon.
if u r not a reits collector, good to take profit now, imo.

Would like to check, is there any cut-off date for the dividend entitlement? if yes, what date?
How to check whether one is entitled for the dividend or not?

Thanks for the comments.
For IGBREIT, i read that some have already gotten the dividend payout. Was the payment sent by cheque?

If using ebroking, how to check whether dividend paid in or not?

when you open ur CDS account? not mistaken when i open in 2008, must fill up e-Dividend form.

Maybe not all, mostly adopt e-Dividend payout instate of cheque.

the payment date was 29/08/2013 direct to saving/current acc.

For nominee account you get few day later.
