Reit and ordinary stock is not the same.

Reit income is highly predictable, and there won't be much surprise on the profit down the road.

Reit price should trade too far away from its yield and NAV.

If reit yield is too low and comparable to FD rate, there is little reason why investors should buy the reit, (apart from property sector is booming and rental market is expected to be rosy).

Around Rm1.3x to 1.4x is possible, my guess.

We can never treat reit as ordinary stock although it trades like ordinary stock.

Yes, everything can happen in the market, but reit is not like ordinary business making listed company.
Even unconverted bond price was traded way above face value before, in the history

Ordinary business - no limit on revenue and profitability, as well as leveraging to make the company grow big.

So there is a limit how far reit price can go.

Can anyone please help me with my doubt?The online banking status showing me successful/clear ...but when i see the allotment is 0..why is it?

Im using RHB bank...no refund made to my account..when i applied for the IPO..the status before balloting is "pending"....after balloting thn change to successful/clear, however the allotment showing 0...Most important is no money had been credited back to my account...
