yes, it's too high now. I didn't aware economy recover so fast this year.
move too slow, so it's now too low price to sell some off. waiting for dividend rally opportunity to sell but it seems not so effective this time.  unsure.gif
sold all my alaqar, part of pavreit, most of axreit.
added a bit more hektar and klcc.
i wish can trim down to 25-30%.  hmm.gif

Poor thing Yokie tongue.gif

Reit's Dilemma.

I always dream of owning all the reit stock and couldnt be bother about the price fluctuation. So long as every month I receive my rental.

Sometimes do nothing is a kind of action too.

Morning panasonic,

sometime depend , i used to hv starreit, when come to changes that i dont like, i rather sell and move other reits that i like.

Have to see, very rare and once upon a time, decision want to hold and move for other one.

A lesson well learn when i started investment, now if it is selling at reasonable price and good valuation, buy!

Sure the stock can be cheaper, but then if the valuation is still good, buy more!

Thanks for the comments.
For IGBREIT, i read that some have already gotten the dividend payout. Was the payment sent by cheque?

If using ebroking, how to check whether dividend paid in or not?
*
when you open ur CDS account? not mistaken when i open in 2008, must fill up e-Dividend form.

Maybe not all, mostly adopt e-Dividend payout instate of cheque.

the payment date was 29/08/2013 direct to saving/current acc.

For nominee account you get few day later.

I can see my statement both cash and contra account are margin account. I use DUP to purchase share in cash account, but i can use DUP (if i have credit) or CUP to purchase share in contra account.

Then whether cash account is nominee CDS or Direct CDS? what about contra account?

Sorry to ask newbie question here.
Thanks for advise.
*
Mine is purely cash..how much i put is how much my limit can buy.

But for margin you able to buy higher of your cash value becoz of existing share you have.

Regards CDS nominee or direct they hv cash type or margin or non margin/contra financing type.
http://www.slideshare.net/MohamadOthman3/maybankinvest

the only different for Direct or Nominee as below
Maybank Direct CDS and Maybank Nominee CDS been discuss by lowyat member previously.
https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1102470/all

What i discoverer is at Share Portfolio inquiry, during my purchase using my nominee acc - cash type it will go to DUP(T+3) later transfer to free quantity(unit).

Hope this can help you, any infor not sufficient.
Im sorry, i don't have experience buying and selling below 3 working day to contra.
