Anyone can tel me how to different whether de lego minifig such as LEGO CITY POLICE man is original or fake one? anyway to identify it?

all this while it has been hit'n'miss as i dont have very good "raba-raba" skills so i end up with doubles & triples. but for series 8 since i only had bought 1 figure only when one of the Forummers (Chaud) offered the whole series at a very good price i bought the whole series. While i have the complete Series 8 now i didnt enjoy the element of surprise or randomness if you play the "raba-raba" game. but the bad point is that you may not be able to complete your collection - my only complete collection is Series 2,3,4 & now 8.

ya.... picit2 take time.... need endless visit to toy r us. so just brought the whole set. lazy already.....haha.... btw, shipment from sing finally arrive.....

actually all the lego in the pic is recent haul from sing. the seller sent me the box together. tax rm30 for the train n modular. lol....

I have been doing that. The only set I bought was City 3221, the yellow Lego Truck which is odd because it is cheaper than SG and about same price if not cheaper than US too. Of course the CMF prices were ok too untill recently.

I have the same fire station, police station, hospital, pizza shop + bus stand, airport, etc...

I only built pizza shop + bus stand as planning to build them all in the spare room with ready to make plastic covers to cover them from dust.

Most TRU i go (MV/KLCC/Legoland/BrickToys/IOI) either have no more booster packs or left with those snake figures.
any leads ?

Series 9 MF revealed

We have uncovered a list of the upcoming Series 9 Minifigures due to be released at the start of 2013. There are currently no pictures other than a picture of the box, but it is likely some will be revealed soon enough. This series will have silver packaging and have set number 71000.

Wow, just finish series 8 and now already going for series 9..thats quite fast..

btw, how long/duration from one series to another series?

hopefully the price will not go up.. RM11.90 x 16 minifigs = RM190.40

maybe for series 9, plan to buy the whole complete set at once if the price is right 

I kena some less desirable situation

- seller short ship ahsoka minifig, and nvr got back to me despite many comms sent out to him

- item arrive broken   expensvie part summore.

But apart from that i had good experience with my purchases. Funniest is i order from thailand and it took like a month to get here.
